Igniting  the  Creative  Spark  in  Young  Artists

 * Students will create a series of art objects/artifacts that will focus         on the workshop's theme. 

 * Students will use the" Elements and Principles of Design" to                   accomplish each project.

                -Color theory (warm/cool, complimentary, neutral, analogous), 

               - Value scale, shade & shadow, perspective, point of view,                           scale and  aesthetics 



 the over-arching concept that will be  explored in this year's A.I.T. workshop is "to be decided".

Professional artist and certified art educator Jennifer Lindquist  works with intimate groups of student-artists to spark their creative impulses by providing Discipline-Based instruction tailored for each student's level of artistic development.           The focus of this year’s workshop is still in development. Check back for updates for themes and lesson details.
The workshops are held in the inspiring, nationally renowned Jeanine Taylor Folk Art Gallery.
